At the ELC, we do not view laws only as “letters” show state’s command, but mechanisms with capabilities to support a “just energy transition”.

We are not merely lawyers referring to energy laws, but “energy lawyers” who help drafting and developing energy laws to meet the challenges of a sustainable energy transition.

ELC lawyers actively participate in energy law developing projects (by the government). Our legal development proposals are tested and, mostly, welcomed by energy stakeholders.

We are regularly invited by stakeholders in the energy sector to answer challenging energy law questions in national and international energy law conferences, meetings, and events.

The ELC Team consists of “energy lawyers” who are passionate to use laws to support energy transition for a fair, secure, and sustainable future.
